Conservation Area Consultations
A consultation page for any Conservation Area Appraisals and Management Plans that we produce.
Conservation Areas are some of the most historic places in our borough, chosen for their historic character and appearance.
The Council has a duty to periodically update its Conservation Area Appraisals and Management Plans and to consult on those updates.
We are currently consulting on the Conservation Areas of:
- Wigan Pier Quarter
- Ashton-in-Makerfield
