Cargo bike hire scheme or trial days

I like to walk, but find I reach for the car on supermarket runs, or when I need to get my kids somewhere! A cargo bike hire scheme (especially if electric cargo bikes), that are suitable for transporting your children or lots of stuff, would help address this problem.

Or alternatively the council could provide events where people can try e-cargo bikes out?
