Thank you for your response to the consultation which has now finished. These comments and others allowed us to finalise our proposals which have been submitted for Planning consideration. Subject to Planning approval, during construction, the contractor will be required to follow the “Code for Considerate Construction” – this code relates to a number of principles that contractors are required to follow. This includes respecting the community through minimising the impact of noise and disruption by adhering to set working hours and delivery times, considerate parking and work on the public highway.

I live on the bus lane side of Scot Lane please do not send all the construction traffic down the one way part as most of us on the bus lane side have had to have expensive repairs to our houses as all the traffic is on our side 😔
