Guild wheel style cycle route

I would really like to see an off the road looped cycle route that connects businesses, public parks and maybe some more rural areas like a woodland together. Something similar to the guild wheel in Preston. A kind of ring road for cyclists connecting with existing cycle ways to allow maximum accessibility
