Heysham road project

Regarding the proposed development at the top of Heysham road I agree with the comments that have been made but I would like to add I see you have put off street parking but if the occupants decide not to park off road it is likely to cause a lot of trouble as it is at the top of the road junction it can be bad now with no development and cars parked outside on the road also regarding the development have you sent the plans for the North site to everyone else on the estates as they use the access to City Road from Orrell Hall Close to the shops on City Road.
