Improve Ormskirk Road

The combined footpath/ cycle path on Ormskirk Road from the junction with Billinge Road to the Saddle Junction is dangerous.
The give way markings on all side roads along that stretch need to be moved back so that vehicles emerging from the side roads have to give way before crossing the cycle path, not after it as at present.
Additionally further danger if caused due to the large number of vehicles which use the cycle path for parking their cars.
