Letter Contradictory & Site Elevation Plans required

The letter that has been sent out is contradictory and very misleading to residents meaning no development is taking place at the top of Heysham Road at the side of no 3 Heysham Road when in fact there is.

The plans are of little use that have been sent out with the letter as we can't see what impact this will have on our property.

When i spoke to you on the phone you advised there would be a path between our fence and the the new build, this isn't shown on the plans either, is this path going to be lit? if so where is said light going to placed.

With respect to safety looking at the plans the driveways look to appear right up to the side our boundary fence, how is this safe for us reversing off our drive especially if the new residents have a large van that blocks our view when reversing off.

With regards to privacy to our property there looks to be a two windows at the side which would be looking directly into our back garden which would mean we would have no privacy in our back garden. Can you please advise if this window will be moved or will they be obscured windows? We also have a conservatory at the back of our property which we use throughout the year, how will our privacy be respected when we sit in here if there is window on the side of the new property
