Objection to building

The area already suffers a high level of anti social behaviour and is not policed properly. The park is in ruin at present and the only safe space my 2 young children have to play is their own back garden. This will no longer be the case if a block of single let flats are straight outside the rear of our property. I worry about their safety and also the reasons that the previous blocks of flats for single use property was demolished. Anti social behaviour and drug use is already a real problem in our area and this potentially could increase the property. I am disgusted that elderly people aren't considered in this proposal where they could be housed in their local area in new accommodation and potentially free up 2 and 3 bedroom properties that are much more needed. The traffic will inevitably increase and Wigan Road is already horrendous at present. I object to being overlooked and my children's safety and mental wellbeing being tested.
