Reduce cycle lanes

As a pedestrian the cycle lanes are very confusing and can make even crossing a road a trial especially at Saddle Junction,plus I have only ever seen a handful of cyclists using the cycle route what few cyclists that there are use the footpaths. Surely without cycle routes we can make the roads wider,bikes are not going to replace cars no matter how many cycle lanes you make.
