release Ormskirk Road

Hi

My idea is not a big deal. I think that marking out an orange/yellow non stopping square will release a bit cars blocked down on ormskirk road. Cars heading to robin park from Warrington road are constantly blocking the road for cars heading town centre from ormskirk road.

silver and white car normally would be blocked by cars which stopped on the junction
