The signpost at the junction sends cyclists down Seven Stars Road to the Canal towpath but it is blocked off and flooded under the railway bridge except for some narrow steps up on to the Canal towpath.
Improve the access so that prams, wheelchairs, mobility scooters and cycles can get onto the towpath.
