TO USE MONEY MORE WISELY

I AM strongly against my council of wasting further tax -payers money in the way they have recently with the introduction of cycle lanes. Since there conception i can count on one hand the number of people that i have seen actually using these cycle lanes. So i beg the question how much more of tax-payers money are you as agents of the people of wigan going to carry on with this inane scheme??? If your aim is to serve the people of wigan may i suggest that you help the motorist ,why i hear you ask ,well i will tell you the state of the roadways /highways inand around the borough of this once great town are an utter disgrace ,and the cost is being born by the drivers in as much their huge repair bills for the damage to their cars mainly due to pot -holes bad and faulty roads . Also these supposedly traffic calming measure ie humps these are a complete waste of time and space as for slowing traffic ,,,they do not!!! fact one only has to stand for a short time where i live and not one car /lorry adheres to the speed limit's of which these humps are alledged to stop. So there you have my advice on what and how to use the cas allocated to you by the GOV use it with more vision !..
