What a sad day

Why on earth would you even think of building on the small patch of land at the bottom of Heysham Road, you have in one strike de valued the majority of private homes nearby. Families have saved for years to purchase their home and quite frankly could plunge them into negative equity....all for 8 single use flats. I would love to hear your success rate of such "specialised housing" as all I see is anti social behaviour and places tuned into no go areas. Yes I have witnessed many of these schemes in my career and unfortunately no positive comments can be made. Would the money spent on building not be better spent on getting the vast amount of void properties back to a liveable standard. I feel this is just tick box excersise at the expense of hardworking families who pay lots of money to the council only to be treated in contempt
