The Big SEND Survey - Children and Young People

Welcome to the 2023 SEND Survey. We really value feedback from children and young people with Special Educational Needs and/or disabilities (SEND) to find out what is working well and what can be improved in services that support you and your family.

This survey is to understand your experiences and how we can improve them, not just in education but in other areas of your life such as health and wellbeing, care and support and social activities.

We are keen for you to be involved though this survey and we thank you for sharing your experiences with us. Please ask your adult to help you complete the survey if you need to.

This survey should take approximately 15 minutes to complete.
