Delivering the right messages through the right channels is a vital part of our work at Wigan Council, and we need to make sure that we have the right data to support our communication decisions and activities.

This is our second time running this survey and you can find out more about how we used the findings from the 2023 survey to improve our communications at the end of this survey.

We are running the survey again as we are interested in seeing how your preferences may have changed over the last few years.

Your results will really help us to improve how we talk to you and can be completed on or offline in local libraries, community settings and leisure centres.

As a thank you and to recognise your time, for every survey that is completed, we will donate 50p to the Mayor of Wigan Borough’s charity fund.
