Leigh Railway Conservation Area Regeneration Plan

Wigan Council are undertaking masterplanning work for Railway Road, Leigh. We want to explore ideas and options for the improvement of the Railway Road Conservation Area and to support further regeneration plans. An important part of this process is engaging and consulting with local businesses and retailers.

The questions relate to the usage of the street, the variety of shops and businesses, the quality of the buildings and any other ambitions that people have for the street.
